Demonstration

Order email to a controlled order draft.

A synthetic demonstration of the recommended first process: parse the order input, match customer and items, create a draft, catch exceptions and require human approval.

This is a demonstration with synthetic data. No email is sent and no real ERP is called. A local sandbox ERP is used to show the receipt, idempotency and reconciliation.

Synthetic order email

Edit the example and run the demonstration. No email is sent and no ERP is called.

Result

Run the demonstration to see a draft or exceptions.

What the demonstration shows

The demonstration is deterministic and synthetic. It shows the boundary and the control points, not a customer integration.

Parsing and checks

Order reference, customer, items and price are checked against synthetic master data.

Exceptions

Unknown customer, unknown item and price deviation go to review instead of passing silently.

Human approval

A clean draft can be approved; a draft with exceptions is blocked.

Sandbox, not a live ERP

An approved draft is written to a local sandbox ERP with a receipt and reconciliation – never to a real ERP.

Describe your process and the systems that are the sources of truth. We propose a scoped pilot with acceptance criteria – not a generic agent demo.
