These terms govern the use of siax.io and the services provided by SIAX Technology AB. By using the website or ordering a service, you accept these terms.
Scope of services
SIAX provides technical advisory and implementation in areas including RevOps, product and business development, data, cloud and AI. The scope of a specific engagement is set out in a separate agreement or quote.
Agreement and orders
A binding agreement is formed only when both parties have confirmed scope, price and timeline in writing. Website content is general information, not a binding offer.
Pricing and payment
Prices are stated excluding VAT. Indicative ranges are shown on the pricing page; the actual price is set per engagement. Payment terms are stated in each agreement or invoice.
Intellectual property
Website content belongs to SIAX unless otherwise stated. Rights to engagement deliverables are governed by the engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
Website content is provided as is, without warranties. SIAX is not liable for indirect damages. Liability in engagements is governed by the engagement agreement.
Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled primarily by Swedish general courts.
Changes to the terms
SIAX may update these terms. The latest version is always published here with an updated date.
