Simons bedömning

Efter att ha lett flera CRM-migreringar är mitt råd enkelt: match the CRM to your stage and team DNA.

Pipedrive is where I'd start any sales team under 20 people. The pipeline-first UX means reps actually use it. No consultant needed, no 6-month implementation. You'll outgrow it when you need serious marketing automation or complex enterprise reporting.

HubSpot is the sweet spot for 20-500 person companies that need marketing and sales in one system. The free tier is a genuinely smart way to get teams hooked, and the Marketing Hub is the best I've used. The jump from Starter to Professional pricing is steep though.

Salesforce only makes sense when you have the budget for proper implementation and a dedicated admin. But when you do, nothing else comes close on customization and ecosystem. If you're building complex CPQ flows, multi-entity reporting, or need AppExchange integrations, it's still the king.

För SDR-tunga organisationer rekommenderar jag en hybrid approach - but if I had to pick one for a 50-person sales org starting fresh? HubSpot Professional, no contest.
