Process Optimisation & Automation | Python, SQL, APIs & BI

I combine business understanding, data and technical implementation to improve recurring workflows.

A consistent thread through my career

Operational workflows

Work in production, logistics, credit and order handling developed practical understanding of how information, ownership and physical flows need to work together.

Analysis and operational improvement

CRM and system ownership, strategy, budgeting, and cost and margin analysis connected follow-up to business priorities.

Data, digital workflows and automation

Professional work with data, BI and automation since April 2019, alongside SEO, web optimisation and product and IT responsibility.

SIAX and process automation

At SIAX, this experience comes together in bounded processes: mapping, simplification, integration, automation and follow-up.

The process is the starting point

I work on process optimisation, operational improvement and automation. I start with how work is actually done, where delays and rework arise, and what needs to function better. I then combine process analysis, economics and technical implementation.

My background spans logistics, customer and order workflows, credit, CRM, SAP, cost and margin analysis, and digital marketing. I have worked professionally with data, BI and automation since April 2019. I have built data solutions using BigQuery and Azure and held product and IT responsibility in a B2B organisation, including Entra ID and Microsoft 365. In VehIQ, I am building a vehicle-data platform from collection and quality control to analysis, APIs and dashboards.

Through SIAX Technology AB, my primary focus is now agentic process automation. An engagement can start with a standalone process analysis or an already described workflow. The solution may involve simpler ways of working, better system support, integrations or automation. Scope, ownership, human control points and follow-up need to be clear.

Python, SQL, Power BI and DAX, BigQuery, Azure, APIs and web applications are tools in that work. My technical breadth complements an understanding of users’ daily work and business economics. Describe a recurring workflow you want to improve and we can define a concrete first step.

From current operations to useful change

  1. Map the work and its exceptions
  2. Assess simplification and better system support
  3. Build relevant integration or automation
  4. Track quality, human effort and economics

Describe a workflow you want to improve

We can start with a standalone process analysis or an already described workflow. The next step has a clear scope and the right ownership.
