Cost check
What do your cloud and SaaS services cost, and what could you save?
Tick the services you use, pick a size or enter your own quantities, and see an approximate monthly and annual cost. For each service you can compare an open source alternative, with hosting, migration and operations included.
Approximate. List prices excluding VAT from each vendor's own price list; your negotiated prices, discounts and free tiers may differ.
Prices read 2026-10-30 from the vendors' own price lists and pricing APIs: 167 prices from 37 vendors. Currency conversion with the ECB reference rates of 2026-10-29. List prices

How the numbers are made
- Only the vendor's own sources: public pricing APIs (Azure Retail Prices, AWS Price List) or the vendor's pricing page. Never comparison or listing sites.
- Region nearest Sweden: Azure Sweden Central, AWS Stockholm (eu-north-1), Google Cloud Stockholm (europe-north2).
- Prices stay in the currency the vendor shows. Conversions use the ECB reference rate and are approximate.
- "Contact sales" or a price we could not read stays unknown. You can enter your own price; it is then marked as your input.
- Open source is never treated as free: hosting, migration and operations are part of every comparison.

Vendors we checked but could not read a price from on their own site, and why:
- Box: The pricing page answers our identified crawler with a bot challenge (HTTP 403); no price or plan read. (2026-10-30)
- Tableau: The CDN answers HTTP 403 to every request, including robots.txt; not fetched further. (2026-10-30)
- HubSpot: Plans and prices are loaded by script from a private API; the page source contains neither. (2026-10-30)
- Zoom: Plans and prices are loaded by script from a billing API; the page source contains neither. (2026-10-30)
- UptimeRobot: Two consecutive fetches returned two different price sets (likely an A/B test); not recorded until the page is stable. (2026-10-30)
- Oracle NetSuite: netsuite.com and oracle.com answer HTTP 403 to our identified crawler, including robots.txt. (2026-10-30)
- Substack: Revenue share (no per-seat or per-account list price). (2026-10-30)
- Microsoft 365: Business plan prices are rendered by script and are not in the page source. (2026-10-30)
- Databricks on AWS / GCP: DBU rates are rendered by a script calculator and are not in the page source; Azure Databricks rates are collected from the Azure Retail Prices API instead. (2026-10-30)
