Who are you?
I'm Simon Axelsson, a senior IT consultant based in Sweden. I help companies with AI, cloud, data platforms, DevOps and fractional CTO work. 15+ years in tech.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Remote-first from Sweden. English and Swedish. Available for clients across Europe and North America.
What kind of companies do you work with?
Startups (pre-seed to Series A), scale-ups, and established companies needing senior technical expertise without full-time hires.
Do you work alone?
Yes — one senior consultant who owns your project end-to-end. No handoffs, no junior delegation.

What services do you offer?
AI engineering, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, DevOps, fullstack development, cybersecurity/NIS2, RevOps/CRM, and fractional CTO.
Can you help with a short project?
Yes. Anything from a two-week AI proof-of-concept to a year-long platform migration.
Do you take over existing projects?
Yes. I regularly join projects to accelerate delivery, improve quality, or unblock stuck initiatives.

Pricing
What do you charge?
Fixed-price packages for defined projects. Retainer options for ongoing advisory. No hourly billing for project work.
Do you offer discounts for startups?
Let's talk. I'm open to flexible arrangements for early-stage companies with the right profile.
How does payment work?
50% at kickoff, 50% at delivery. International bank transfer. All prices exclude VAT.
What currency do you bill in?
SEK (Swedish Krona). International bank transfer accepted.
Process
How quickly can you start?
Typically within 1–2 weeks from our first call.
How long do projects take?
From 2 weeks for a proof-of-concept to 12 weeks for a full platform build. Fixed timeline, fixed price.
What happens after delivery?
30 days of post-delivery support included. Ongoing advisory retainer available if needed.
Do you provide documentation?
Yes. Every project includes documentation, runbooks and training. You own everything.
